The
tice® line of Pneumatic Needle Positioners is designed to fit virtually any make or model sewing machine to automatic needle positioning. Rugged mechanical stop motion mechanisms provide 100% positive positioning. Available in one or two stop configuration, tice® Pneumatic Needle Positioners are controlled by a pneumatic valve assembly mounted on the standard treadle rod and work with the existing clutch/brake motor.

Standard Components
Each pneumatic needle positioner kit is completely assembled and includes a pulley assembly, treadle rod assembly, air filter & regulator, lubricator, color coded fittings & tubing.
Operation
When the operator "heels" the treadle, the clutch motor brake is engaged and the
tice® Pneumatic Needle Positioner is activated by the pneumatic valve assembly mounted onto the treadle rod, stopping the sewing with the needle in the correct position.
Applications
The
tice® line of Pneumatic Needle Positioners can be installed on single and double needle lockstitch, blindstitch, sergers, single and multi-needle chain stitch, embroidery, zigzag and fur machines.
Options
One or two stop operation; thread trimmer and frame drop for blindstitch machines; kit for trimmer, tension control & frame drop for use with electronic positioner motors.
